Downtown New Castle is “Where Love Lives.” Visitors can find a replica of the iconic LOVE sculpture in the Arts Park downtown, along with other love-worthy stops. The New Castle Main Street organization is encouraging the community to consider downtown-centered gifts for the upcoming Valentine’s holiday.
‘Love Blooms Downtown’ Gift Card Bouquets and ‘Piece of My Heart’ Bricks
New Castle Main Street is selling pre-orders of fully customizable gift card bouquets. Download an order form from NewCastleDowntown.com, select your gift cards from downtown businesses, and turn the form in by February 9. You’ll be able to pick up your bouquet starting February 12.
During the “Piece of My Heart” campaign, donors can purchase a customizable, engraved brick to honor or celebrate a loved one. Forms for bricks are available at NewCastleDowntown.com, and the cost for each brick is $100. The bricks will be placed in the 1400 Plaza in downtown New Castle.
